Detective Tremble Bones

Hey guys, I though I'd give a funny test to my blog. please comment below if you think it works out.

Detective Tremble Bones, well what do I say,
He is so messed up, with all the loans he has to pay.
He isn't too responsible, neither is he smart,
He does not say excuse me when he lets out a fart.

Detective Tremble Bones, he is just too afraid,
Of bees and flies and a little pigtail braid.
Well I wonder, how he got this federal job,
Criminals shan't worry a bank they want to rob.

Detective Tremble Bones, with his specs upside down,
Oh how he looks, just like a funny clown.
This way he cannot find a thing,
Nor his angry wife or his lost wedding ring.

Detective Tremble Bones, with is neon green wig,
How the very day he bought it, it got stuck in a twig.
How it fell to the floor, and his face turned red,
For it revealed his bald shiny head.

Detective Tremble Bones, and his bad luck,
How in a whole of five years he hasn't made a buck.
How he looks like a clown with his hair in a twig,
How his face landed up at the back of a pig.

Detective Tremble Bones, well what do I say,
He is so messed up, with all the loans he has to pay.
He isn't too responsible, neither is he smart,
He does not say excuse me when he lets out a fart.

For my sister

Since it is bhai dooj today, I would like to post this funny poem based on my awesome and loveable sister who is always there beside me when I need her.

HOW I WOKE UP MY SISTER

How I woke up my sister,
 That was such a task.
Oh come on mister,
 Why don’t you just ask.

It was ten in the morning,
It was late you see.
Awake were students learning,
Awake were birds on the tree.

First it was the trumpet,
Then the whole parade.
My sister just threw a fit,
She missed her test and lost a grade.

Then I bought some toothpaste,
From the convenience store,
Of course the tube went to waste,
Now my legs were sore.

From horns to skunks to centipede’s,
My sister just wouldn’t rise.
It’s like a mystery with no leads,
I think I’m out of tries.

I was about to give in,
This was the end of the show,
Then my sister said with no grin,
It’s a Sunday so let me go.

my sister is the most amazing person ever and is truly my best friend.

Diwali- a festival yet to be discovered

Diwali, is most definitely a festival of lights and joy, although, we still seem to look at it with only one eye. We forget that it represents the return of lord Rama, Sita and Lakshman. We forget that it is a symbol of love, harmony and togetherness, that it is the beginning of a new chapter in the story book of life.

On closer notice, one single Diwali Diya shows us qualities which we must keep with us forever. The cool brown earthen diva, emits positivity and calm and drives away negative energy. the camphor or the oil represents talent waiting to be ignited. Lastly the flame represents passion and determination, igniting talent and working with diligence.

On the other hand, Diwali has become a festival of noise, crackers and partying. Old traditions have been replaced by the eagerness to stay up all day playing cards, to dance to Bollywood music and to burst crackers which only seem to harm the environment. It is truly erroneous that Diwali is celebrated this way.

Adding on, Diwali is a festival of choice and chance. It is one's choice to celebrate Diwali correctly and through this they get the chance to experience the true essence of this festival. It is one's choice not to be consumed by the sheer size of the mountain of life and through this one gets the chance to learn and continue leaning throughout one's life.

In summary, Diwali is a festival yet to be discovered and understood. Then only will we truly enjoy Diwali as it is.

life- towers high above you

Life is tough, that can't be denied,
But is it just that we only seem to hide?

Life maybe full of strict rules,
A variety of people from wise men to fools.

Although one must never be afraid,
From one small voice a great deed can be made.

Most clearly it is seen that mistakes are incessant,
They don't seem to stop when the sun is high or the moon crescent.

This shows us that learning is everlasting,
From learning abc's and magical spell casting.

Life is tough that can't be denied,
But is it just that we only seem to hide?

LIFE IS LIKE...

Life is like nature, this is very true,
Though this connection is understood by few.
So today I make it simple for everyone to see,
How life can be the same as a river or a tree.

Life is like a lotus, from top to bottom,
How everyone grows into a beautiful blossom.
Nourished by the roots and the Lilly pad,
How one becomes a man from a young lad.

Life is like a mountain, full of humungous boulders,
Which might be too much weight too carry upon your shoulders.
But one must always take a confident stride,
Full of honesty, diligence and pride.

Life is like a river always flowing,
Even though it might not know where it is going.
But one must control one's own course of life,
To try and get rid of worry and strife.

Life is like the stars in the evening sky,
Shining as bright and never letting out a sigh.
One must never give up, that should be an eternal goal,
Laziness is just an insignificant troll.

Life is like a Diya on a Diwali day,
The flame itself has so much to say.
One must do everything with a burning passion,
No work should be done in any other fashion.

Well, now everyone must understand how life resides in nature, everywhere you go,
How life is like rain or the leaves swaying to and fro.
Keep this in mind when you go for a walk,
And that brings us to the end of my talk.
